I understand that there is a one-time non-refundable fee to purchase Terry’s Tips product offerings. There is also a one-time non-refundable fee to purchase an upgrade from the Options Tutorial Program to the Premium Service with Real Time Trade Alerts Program. Additional fees for the Options Tutorial Program or for Premium Service with Real Time Trade Alerts will automatically be billed to my credit card unless I email a request to Terry’s Tips that I do not choose to continue with the Program. If you cancel your monthly recurring service with Terrys Tips after your monthly renewal is charged to your credit card, no pro-rated refund will be given.

Credit card information is stored on our web servers according to all the best practices outlined in the PCI Data Security Standard.

Dispute Resolution. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, United States of America, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law principles of any State. Further, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal courts located in the State of Vermont to resolve any dispute, claim or controversy that relates to or arises out of the Agreement. You agree that, by entering into this Agreement, you waive the defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and venue.
